LG Chem BMS Monitoring Solution

A pre-programmed Finder Arduino OPTA PLR and adapter to monitor the BMS of LG Chem EM048063 / EM048126 Lithium Telecom Batteries. The device is configured to control it's 4 internal relays rated at 10A based on BMS parameters and / or external digital & analog inputs. The standard configuration is as follows:

Relay 1 - Close @ 25% SOC; Open @ 85% SOC (Generator start / stop)

Relay 2 - Close @ 22% SOC; Open @ 24% SOC (Low SOC, generator fail to start)

Relay 3 - Close @ 95% SOC, 58.5Vdc high voltage, or BMS high voltage alarms (e.g. - alarm and/or disconnect charger)

Relay 4 - Close @ 5% SOC, 48Vdc low voltage, or BMS low voltage alarms (e.g. alarm & load disconnect)

Connecting the PLR to a WiFi or LAN network also allows you to monitor the BMS parameters and relay status online via computer or mobile app, and log essential parameters for analysis of loads, charging, temperatures and battery health.
